What methods of payment do you accept? We accept payment online by Google Checkout, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Paypall for your convenience. You can also order online then send us a check. Please be advised that payment by check will delay shipment of your order until payment is received and cleared. Is my personal information secure? At Wesco Tools we take your privacy seriously. Your browser and the Wescotools.com secure server encrypt confidential information during transmission, ensuring that transactions stay private and protected. Wescotools.com guarantees the safety of your credit card information. For detailed information see our security policies. How soon will my order ship? Because Wesco Tools works with many manufacturer partners, delivery time and shipment availability may vary for a select few products which ship directly from the manufacturer. The vast majority of our merchandise is shipped from our warehouses via UPS within 1 business day of order processing (most orders placed before noon EST ship the same day). Do you ship outside the US? We do not ship to non US addresses. All non-US originating orders must be shipped through a export broker. For detailed information see our shipping policies. Additionally all non - US originatig order must be placed via fax order form found here. I received a defective product. What do I do? If you receive a defective product please notify us immediately at returns@wescotools.com. We will arrange for shipping a new product and the return of the defective product. Damage claims must be made within 20 days of the original ship date. A pro-rated charge (up to 100%) may be assessed for items that are returned incomplete or contain user damaged parts. We allow ten days after issuing a ARS label after witch we will charge your account with the cost of the replacement item plus shipping if the damaged item is not returned. Replacement items will be shipped via ground only regardless of the original shipping method. What does Next Day and Second Day shipping mean?
UPS considers there shipping days from Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Hence a "Next Day" or "Second Day" refers to the next or second business day after a product ships. For example if an order were processed and packed for shipment on Friday afternoon marked for "Next Day" UPS would deliver the item on the "next" business day, which would be Monday (as long as there are no holidays). Likewise under the same scenario a "Second Day" shipment would arrive on Tuesday (as long as there are no holidays). UPS considers the day a shipment is picked-up as day "0," the following day is "Next Day," the next subsequent day is "Second Day". Also remember, when placing orders with expedited shipping, that though we will try we may not be able to ship your order the same day we receive it especially orders placed after noon EST.
