Shipping Policies
Because Wesco Tools works with many manufacturer partners, delivery time and shipment availability may vary for a select few products which ship directly from the manufacturer. The vast majority of our merchandise is shipped from our warehouses via UPS within 1 business day of order processing . Order screening may delay this process. If you require a specific delivery date please note that in your order. We do not guarantee any delivery dates but we will try to ship as expeditiously as possible.

Wesco Tools ships via UPS, FedEx or freight truck consequently we do not ship orders to PO Boxes or APO addresses.
If you desire to ship an item outside the United States you must make arrangements with a freight forwarder. Orders originating from a non-US billing address must be placed via fax. Find the fax order form here. We will gladly ship to your US side freight forwarder at our standard domestic shipping rates. All returns on orders that originated from a non-US billing address must be returned in compliance with our return policies found here. All exchanges will be shipped to the original freight forwarder. Canada and Mexico are considered an export and we do not ship directly to Canada or Mexico. All orders originating from a non US address will be charged a 5% handling fee (i.e. if your credit card billing address is non US you will be billed an additional 10% regardless of shipping destination).
UPS Shipping Rates
All rates quoted by the shopping cart are real time rates directly from the UPS server based on your destination zip code and the products weight and dimensions.
UPS considers their shipping days from Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Hence a "Next Day" or "Second Day" refers to the next or second business day after a product ships. For example if an order were processed and packed for shipment on Friday afternoon marked for "Next Day" UPS would deliver the item on the "next" business day, which would be Monday (as long as there are no holidays). Likewise under the same scenario a "Second Day" shipment would arrive on Tuesday (as long as there are no holidays). UPS considers the day a shipment is picked-up as day "0," the following day is "Next Day," the next subsequent day is "Second Day". Also remember, when placing orders with expedited shipping, that though we will try we may not be able to ship your order the same day we receive it, especially orders placed after noon EST.
For Manual Quote shipping needs contact us at sales@wescotools.com we will gladly reply with a shipping quote, or you can continue to process your order specifying the desired shipping method and any additional shipping charges will be applied at the time of shipment allowing your order to be processed immediately. If you are shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, or PR please select the appropriate shipping (for heavy and bulky items additional charges may apply). For those who accidentally select the wrong shipping designation we will add the appropriate charge at the time of shipment.
Note: Items that ship via freight truck ship only to the lower 48 US states via ground. Expedited shipping is not available for freight or UPS oversized items (bulky items or items over 90 lbs.). Additionally freight items that must be delivered with a lift gate truck will incur additional shipping fees.
Wesco Tools will NOT accept orders originating from the following countries under any circumstances: Indonesia, Nigeria, and Libya.
While UPS normally guarantees delivery dates, they DO NOT guarantee exact delivery between Dec. 12 and Dec. 24. However, we have found them to be reliable and timely.
Back Orders
We work hard to eliminate backorders both through continuous on hand quantity updates as well as a top notch-purchasing department unsurpassed by any other in the industry. In spite of our best efforts occasionally a backorder situation will occur. In such an instance we will ship the backordered item as soon as absolutely possible or at your direction we will refund the purchase price of the shorted item.
Note: no refunds will be issued after an item has shipped at the point of shipping any cancellation will be considered a return and all return polices will apply. On all orders shipping and expedite charges are non refundable unless the order is canceled prior to any items shipping.
Note: No guarantee of delivery time frames is expressed or implied. Orders placed after noon EST do not ship before the next business day.
